Our Teachers and Staff

Mrs. Z is the Founder and Executive Director of Shiloh Springs Learning Co. and continues to be actively involved in the classroom, teaching math to students in 2nd grade and above. She leads Shiloh with a heart for creating a place where every child is known, challenged, encouraged, and loved. Her passion is building a school where strong academics, meaningful relationships, and faith come together to help each student grow into exactly who God created them to be.

Mrs. Brandee serves as both our Kindergarten Teacher and Assistant Executive Director, bringing her heart for students into every area of Shiloh. In the classroom, she creates a nurturing and engaging environment where our youngest learners can grow in confidence, independence, and a love of learning. Beyond the classroom, she works alongside our leadership team to support our staff, families, and the day-to-day mission of Shiloh.

Mrs. Shawnnita serves as our Director of Special Projects, helping turn ideas into meaningful experiences for our students and families. She oversees special programs, events, and unique opportunities that extend learning beyond the classroom and help make Shiloh feel like a true community. With a heart for bringing people together and creating memorable experiences, Mrs. Shawnnita plays an important role in making so many of the special things at Shiloh come to life.

Mrs. Meagan serves as our Office Administrator and is an important part of keeping Shiloh running smoothly each day. She supports our families, students, and staff while helping manage the many day-to-day details that keep our school organized and connected.

Ms. Thomas is our First Grade Teacher and brings warmth, encouragement, and intentional instruction to her classroom each day. She helps our first graders build strong academic foundations while growing in confidence, independence, and a love of learning.

Mrs. Simmons serves as our 2nd and 3rd Grade ELAR Teacher, helping students build strong foundations in reading, writing, and language. She also provides additional ELAR support within our Upper Elementary program, working with students to strengthen skills and continue growing as confident readers and writers.

Mrs. Bideler serves as our Upper Elementary ELAR Teacher, guiding students as they grow into thoughtful readers, confident writers, and strong communicators. She provides engaging, intentional instruction designed to challenge each student while continuing to build a strong foundation in reading and writing.

Ms. Roo serves as our Bible Teacher, helping students grow in their understanding of God’s Word and how it applies to their everyday lives. Through meaningful lessons, discussion, and encouragement, she helps create a strong foundation of faith while pointing our students back to Christ each day.

Mrs. Morris is Shiloh’s very own real-life Ms. Frizzle! As our Science Teacher, she brings science to life for students across all grade levels through hands-on learning, curiosity, exploration, and plenty of fun. Her classroom encourages students to ask questions, make discoveries, and experience the wonder of God’s creation all around them.
